**IMPORTANT NOTICE PLEASE READ BEFORE COMPLETING THE ONLINE APPLICATION**

**ATTENTION Kindergarten, 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 6th, & 8th GRADE APPLICANTS**

Kindergarten, 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 6th, & 8th grades have reached capacity for the 2024/25 academic year.  If you would like to be placed on a waitlist, please complete the application and submit the $150 application fee (non-refundable).  Our Admissions office will contact you if/when space becomes available.

Village Christian Academy, a mission of Village Baptist Church, is a fully accredited non-denominational Christian school nestled in the heart of Fayetteville, North Carolina. Centrally located to Fort Liberty and all surrounding areas, our campus is located in beautiful facilities on twenty acres off McPherson Church Road.
 
When to Apply
 
Village Christian Academy encourages families to begin the application process as soon as possible. Open enrollment typically begins middle February each year and continues as long as their is
Admissions Priority
  1. Priority consideration: current VCA students and Village Baptist Preschool students transitioning to the VCA kindergarten program and children of VCA/VBC faculty/staff.
  2. Second priority consideration: siblings of students currently enrolled at VCA.
  3. Third priority consideration: open enrollment to the general public.
Process

  1. Please click Create an Account. This will allow you to create a FACTS account, complete the application and submit the non-refundable application fee.  

  2. Gather Supplemental Documentation 

    Most recent report card - (grades 1st-12th)

    Copy of student's transcript (high school only)

    Copy of most recent standarized test scores (grades 1st-12th only)

    Copy of birth certificate

    Copy of social security card

    Current immunization record

    Kindergarten only - all incoming kindergartners are screened for developmental readiness for our kindergarten program. 

  3. Meet the Principal - the family and student interview with the principal. This is a time for the whole family to learn more about the values of our school and for us to get acquainted with you.
