Admissions Process
Please click Create an Account. This will allow you to create a FACTS account, complete the application and submit the $150 non-refundable application fee.
As part of the application you will need to upload a copy of the following:
Most recent report card - (grades 1st-12th)
Copy of student's transcript (high school only)
Copy of most recent standardized test scores (grades 1st-12th only)
Copy of birth certificate
Copy of social security card
Current immunization record
The name and email address for your pastor and current applicant's teacher. The pastor and teacher recommendation forms will be sent electronically to them.
After you have completed the application requirements, a Submit Application and Make Payment form will appear. Please follow the instructions that will be provided to submit the application along with the $150 non-refundable application fee of $150.
You can expect to hear from the Admissions Office within 2-3 weeks after all documents have been submitted, this includes the receipt of the teacher and pastor recommendation.
(Kindergarten Applicants Only - a kindergarten screening performed by one of our kindergarten teachers will be scheduled. We will contact you to schedule this. This screening assesses kindergarten readiness.)
The final step is the student/family interview with the principal. This is a time for the whole family to learn more about the values of our school and for us to get acquainted with you.
After your application is submitted, you can track the progress of your application packet and monitor when the school has received required supplemental documentation. To view your application status, please use your username and password to access your account. Your information will be saved if you are unable to finish. You have the flexibility to log in again later to submit your application!The final step in the admission process is the student/family interview.
Request More InformationPlease note: Any student who is withdrawn (dismissed) from any school due to academic and/or disciplinary reasons must wait one calendar year before making an application for re-enrollment or admission to Village Christian Academy. All admissions are tentative pending final approval by the Admissions Committee.
